What we inspect (end-to-end)

  • Array & Roof Interface – module condition, attachment hardware, flashing, grounding/bonding
  • DC Components – strings/optimizers where accessible, combiner boxes, labeling
  • Inverters & ESS (if present) – status, fault history, settings snapshot
  • AC & Balance of System – disconnects, breakers, conduit, junctions, labeling
  • Service & Interconnection – main panel tie-in, clearances, visible safety issues
  • Performance Reasonableness – nameplate vs. recent production; monitoring tune-up if available

Optional add-ons: monitoring setup, troubleshoot/repairs, critter guard estimate. (Panel washing is available as a separate service.)

1) Certificate of Solar Condition

A one-page, plain-English certificate stating system status (Pass / Needs Attention), safety, and operability—ideal for listings, tenant turns, and escrow files.

2) Photo-Rich Inspection Report

A detailed PDF with:

  • Findings by component (array, DC, inverter/ESS, AC, interconnection)
  • Annotated photos (roof, equipment, labels, any deficiencies)
  • Production reasonableness check and monitoring notes
  • Prioritized recommendations (Immediate / Soon / Routine)

Do you clean panels during the inspection?
Panel washing is not included in the inspection and is available as an add-on upon request.

Can you set up or fix the monitoring?
Yes. We can reclaim or set up monitoring during the visit and include it in the report.

What if the system isn’t producing?
We’ll document root-cause suspects and offer  solutions to optimize performance.
