  Diagnostics for faults/under-production; common fixes same visit when parts available — $225 first hour (prepaid), then $150/hr + parts
• Critter Guard Install
  Aluminum mesh perimeter; keeps pigeons/debris out; price confirmed after site measure — $18–$22 per linear ft (typical $500–$900)
• Monitoring Setup + 90-Day Support
  Portal setup or re-claim, alert tuning, production check-ins — $149
• Interconnection Application (utility)
  Complete application package & submission; liaison with utility — $300 + utility fees
• Permit Runner (AHJ)
  Application filing, intake, and pick-up — $100 + AHJ fees
• Residential Design Set (≤10 kW)
  Plan set (site, layout, SLD, calcs) for permit; PE stamp available add-on — $300 (stamp additional)

Terms & Notes

• Service area: within 100 miles of base (travel surcharge beyond)
• Scheduling: typical 3–5 business days; same-day emergency add-on $95 when available
• Payment: card/ACH/check. O&M due on completion; projects > $1,000 require 50% deposit
• Troubleshooting holds: first hour invoiced to reserve the slot (applies to final bill)
• Plan sets do not include engineering stamp by default; PE stamping available as an add-on
• PV Plus carries general liability and can provide COI upon request
